At Home can easily assist you with showering, grooming and dressing the way you would like it.
We also tend to personal hygiene and skin care as well as continence management.
We want you to tell us exactly what you’d like and when you’d like it.
Our staff are skilled, friendly and respectful. Support from a Registered Nurse should you need it.
- Companion Care Daily
Sometimes it’s just nice to know that someone is around.
At Home can match you with a carer to keep you company and assist with life’s “ bits and pieces” to help you enjoy life and to continue living independently.
At Home Carers promote wellness, mental stimulation and socialising – all things to combat loneliness and depression.
You will be safe and your care will be overseen by a Registered Nurse.
- Nursing Care
We will work closely with you and your medical team to keep you healthy at home. Nursing Services can be short or long duration.
Depending on your individual requirements.

- Support After Hospital Care
Our carers and Registered Nurses will ensure you a smooth transition home.
This may include transport and assistance with personal care and household chores while you get back into life.
We find people feel immediately happier after their first night in their own bed.
Sleepover and 24 hour Care maybe required initially after discharge.

Registered Nurse (Private)
Responsibilities
- Served as a Registered Nurse in private homes for families with elderly parents
- Manage a wide range of complex health issues, helping to deliver best support and outcomes for patients
- Liaised closely with the Diabetes Centre (CDHB) in managing diet-related concerns
- Provide community support services, helping to ensure patients’ homes are as safe as possible
- Advised patients and families of the Support Services available in the community, including Dementia Care
- Liaised with other health professionals to deliver an effective care plan for each patient
- Collaborated with patients’ families, keeping them informed of any changes in care

- Worked in the community liaising with General Practitioners and Health Professionals to provide excellent care in the community setting
